What will this program look like:
This will be a vigorous 4 week program. We will meet 4 days on week one, then reduce each week to 3 days, 2 days, and 1 day. This program will incorporate mindfulness courses, hypnotherapy, and music therapy. Studies say it takes 21 days to form or break a habit.
