4 Week Mind & Body Reset One-on-One Fitness Coaching Program

4 week program to get you closer to your dream body than ever before. This program will focus on changing your relationship with food and listening to your body for limits while still enjoying foods you love. Mindful habits will be encouraged throughout this program. You will receive 1 personal fitness coaching session and 1 mindfulness coaching session weekly. YES a healthy you IS possible to achieve without harsh diets. It starts and ends with the mind. “Change your mind, change your life”.
